Day 01 - Welcome to Bhutan

Flying into Paro, you'll have views over the Himalayan Mountains, and the terraced fields below. Its greenery as far as the eye can see! 

After completing customs, our representative will be waiting to greet you outside the airport and to guide you to Paro downtown where you will enjoy your first traditional Bhutanese meal.

On your way to Thimphu, stop at Tacho Gang Iron Bridge " which is built on the mighty Paro river , and it offers a small adventurous and thrilling ride to the Tachogang  temple amidst beautiful hilly sight, gushing river water  underneath the transparent Iron chain bridge.

In Thimphu, have a walk to Memorial Stupa where locals spend almost their whole day praying and circumambulating. It's a known to be all time favorite place to hang around for Bhutanese senior citizens.

Rest of the day spend leisurely after checking into your resort.

Day 02 - Into the woods in Thimphu

Wake up to a view of paradise in your comfy room and enjoy the mouthwatering breakfast to start the day.

Drive to the giant Buddha point with a bird's-eye view of mountains and add a pleasant walk through the woods of Kuenselphodrang Park where you can relish an outdoor meditation overlooking stunning Thimphu valley after enjoying a hot ginger tea.

Enjoy a lunch at Folkheritage Museum.

Later visit Gagyel Lhundrup Weaving Centre, a fascinating testimony of the Bhutanese material culture and living traditions.

Experience an authentic farm stay at a farm house in Paro: Dressed in Bhutanese National dress, you will love the hands- on experiences where you can learn how to cook Bhutanese all-time favorite traditional food chilies and cheese Ema Datse with the vegetables you have just harvested from the farmer's garden.

Take a short scenic drive for Forest Bathing to unwind and connect with nature for both mental and physical wellbeing. If the Sky is clear, seize an opportunity to enjoy stargazing.

Later on enjoy a dinner at a return to your beautiful hotel to spend the night.


Day 03 - Culture Exploration in Paro

Have an early start today after having a relaxing breakfast at the hotel and leave for Paro.  

On your way, stop at an unexplored holy cave called Domtshang Ngye located 30 minutes away from Thimphu. This sacred cave was founded in around 747 AD where Guru Rimpochhe, and is as holy as Tigers Nest. Light up a butter lamp in the cave for blessings. 

After your arrival in Paro, take a walk around Exotic Famer's market at Paro Farmer's Weekend Market's the domestic weekend market for the farmers. It's one of the popular spots for the tourists and a recreational place for people from all walks of life displaying wide assortment of fresh, organic produce.  Grab your favorite organic products to carry back home.

For spiritual connection, interested ones can hoist prayer flags. (Prayer flags are combination of mantras and prayers for the happiness and good fortune among all living beings. The prayer flags in five different colors fluttering in the wind symbolize five different elements- blue stands for wind element.The white flag symbolizes air, and the red flag stands for fire. The green and yellow flags symbolize water and earth, respectively.

Checking to your hotel in Paro for a resting time and spend the night.


Day 04 - Hike to Tiger's Nest & a Shopping Tour

With an early start, we will undertake a three-hour hike to Taktshang (Tiger's lair), the most famous temple in the Himlayan Buddhist world at Taktshang Monastery.

Lunch will be served at the Taktshang Cafeteria.

Optional: Nothing beats a soak into Hot-stone bath after an arduous hike to Tiger's Nest (additional cost apply)

Thereafter enjoy your leisure time visiting souvenir shops in Paro downtown.

Fancy a delicious farewell dinner and end the day resting at your hotel.


Day 05 - Departure - Have a safe trip back home!

Wake up to a misty view of Paro, have your breakfast at the hotel and proceed for the departure.

Our representative will help you with exit formalities and then bid you farewell.
